The history of the company ” Allotina ‘begins in 2000 in the picturesque town of Florina, where the sisters dafni and Domna Tzetzi, a family with a tradition of handmade pies since 1974, decided to begin the production and sale of their products.
The output is initially in a small space and pies are sold in a single store. Soon, however, the pies are made known to the public for the excellent quality and novel and special flavors.
In year 2002 the sisters Domna and Dafni manufacture in Mesonisi Florina a new site, certified ISO 22.000 2005.
Today, there are more than 20 flavors of pie, and many more handmade yeast species worth trying!
